We welcome you to the Carlton Hotel Guldsmeden in the centre of Copenhagen, the building, which dates from the 19. century, has been carefully restored with panels, stucco and high ceilings. A hotel with personality!
Each morning the reception area on the first floor is transformed into an intimate little café, where our exceptional breakfast buffet will be served.
Rooms:
Our rooms are decorated in French Colonial Style, with hand-picked furnitures and soft colours. The rooms are all unique. Most of them are having four-poster beds, and they all have original art on the walls. Apart from that, they all have different details, such as bathtubs, furnished balconys etc. Each room has its own charm!
* No twin rooms available (2 separate beds) in this hotel. The beds at Hotel Guldsmeden are four poster beds and can therefore unfortunately NOT be separated; this means we DO NOT have twin beds at any of our hotels! Furthermore the rooms are equipped with one four poster bed each.

Carlton Hotel Guldsmeden is located in the city centre of Copenhagen. The neighbourhood has lots of cafés, small shops and old houses. The streets are characterized by life and variety.
Cancellation and Hotel Policies:
There is no upfront payment, we require valid credit card details to guarantee the reservation, however all clients pay direct to the hotel upon departure. Your credit card will be validated to secure your booking.
There is no charge if cancellations are made one (1) day prior arrival: Cancellations made late or no-shows will be charged a late cancellation / no-show fee.
Please note that on special dates with fairs and exhibitions the cancellation policy may vary.
